1. What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times:
Within the Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Within Europe: 3–7 business days
Outside Europe: 5–14 business days
You can track any delay via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation.
2. How does shipping and tracking work?
We pack your products with care in a jewellery box and this box goes in a shippingbox to make sure it gets to your doorstep safely. You can choose your own shipping option.
As soon as your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email.
We ship with PostNL or DHL within the Netherlands and with reliable international partners abroad.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request changes or a cancellation by contacting our customer support. If it has already shipped, you can return the product after receiving it—see our return policy.
4. How do I return a product?
You may return items within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please make sure the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. See our full return policy for details.
5. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 14 days and send a clear photo of the item to support@happylona.com. We’ll assess the issue and offer a fitting solution: replacement, repair, or refund.
7. How do I best care for handmade products?
Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Avoid water, chemicals, or abrasive surfaces. Keep your item out of direct sunlight and store in a dry place.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDeal, Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna (Pay Later), and Bancontact (for Belgian customers).
