At Happy Lona, we believe in conscious shopping. Every item is carefully designed and handmade. Small imperfections are part of the charm – they make your piece truly one of a kind and reflect the making process.

Examples of these small imperfections can be the natural stones not looking exactly the same, same as the earring hooks. these imperfections are not a valid reason for return. 

On our webshop we offer you very detailed descriptions of our products ( weight, length etc.) to help you make the right decision.

We hope you love your purchase. If not, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in the original packaging.

Please note: sale items and custom-made pieces are non-returnable.
