Terms & Conditions – Happy Lona

Article 1 – Definitions

  • Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing from Happy Lona.

  • Product: All items sold via the Happy Lona webshop.

  • Agreement: The sales agreement between the customer and Happy Lona.

Article 2 – Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the webshop.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions.

Article 3 – Offers & Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of shipping costs.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, misprints, or miscalculations.

Article 4 – Orders & Agreements
Orders can be placed via our webshop.
An agreement is formed once payment is successfully completed and confirmed via email.

Article 5 – Delivery & Shipping Costs
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • NL shipping: €x

  • EU shipping: €y

  • Outside EU: on request
    If delivery times are exceeded, the customer will be informed.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt, no explanation needed.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Products must be unused, complete, and (if possible) in original packaging.
Returns not accepted: sale items, earrings, and custom-made products.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Article 7 – Warranty & Complaints
Our handmade products may show small imperfections—these are not considered defects.
Visible or hidden defects must be reported within 14 days.
If justified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Article 8 – Payment
Orders must be paid in full before they are processed.
In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement and recover related costs.

Article 9 – Liability
Happy Lona is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is always limited to the value of the product purchased.

Article 10 – Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy.
We only share data with third parties when necessary for shipping or legal purposes.

Article 11 – Governing Law & Disputes
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably; if not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
